- At-risk juveniles. Provide pathways to success through alternatives to juvenile incarceration.
- Ex-offenders and other individuals with barriers to employment. Provide experience and training in resume writing, job skills, life skills, basic math and English.
- Student Projects. Provide project start-to-finish experiences using the Grow-A-Lot program.
- Entrepreneurial opportunities and support. Provide training and assistance to Woodlawn residents who want to start a micro-business in the food industry (grow, process, distribute, sell), landscaping, or plant nursery sectors.
